SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chesapeake Greenbrier

I recently had a delightful stay at Springhill Suites Greenbrier Chesapeake, and I cannot emphasize enough how excellent the service was! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality by the front desk clerk, Jovi. Her welcoming demeanor made me feel instantly at home. The accommodations were great, and the suite was clean. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a relaxing stay. The entire staff was attentive and eager to assist with any requests, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend Springhill Suites Greenbrier Chesapeake for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The exceptional service, especially from Jovi, truly sets this hotel apart!

Staff was extremely friendly, caring, and genuinely cares about guests. Friendly attitude and atmosphere makes it very comfortable to stay here with them. Rooms are very spacious. No issues; although I know they would take care of whatever needed. You can tell, because of their positive and friendly attitude. I’m very happy with Marriott so far. Glad I switched from hilton.

Nice, quiet, modern room; breakfast was full of choices and surprisingly delicious! Warm and friendly staff.

The facilities were great. There is an indoor pool and lots of open air parking. There is a free breakfast that is really great and includes a fresh waffle station, scrambled and boiled eggs, bagels, toast, biscuits and gravy, cereal, corned beef... etc. This location seemed understaffed though and one day our room went uncleaned. All in all, I would stay at this location again.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament and we cannot say enough great things about the staff. They went above and beyond; they let our team use the conference room, bought games for the kids to play, opened the pool early for them to swim, put out Gatorade & popcorn on our way to our games, and just overall were friendly & welcoming. Hands-down they were one of the best staff at any hotel we have stayed at as a team! Thank you to Nate and his team, you all were fantastic!

One night stay before a cruise Our family was greeted with such kindness. I loved our stay. Rooms were clean..beds comfy. The staff however won the day...thank you..our family needed that.

I stayed here about two weeks ago i came for a wedding me my wife and son whome was just born the stay was amazing the breakfast was very very good the staff was so nice and amazing however there was one housekeeper that cleaned our room very country sweet accent brown curly weave always had a smile on her face , my wife was very tired and worn down as I was also my wife found out some bad news in the mix of us about to get on the elevator the housekeeper did not hesistate to ask maam i am not trying to be in your business but are you okay she gave my wife some words of encouragement and told her to pull it together and have a wonderful day hotels need more people like this all the staff honestly my wife still talks about the young lady as we are miles away hope to see the ssme staff again soon

We were staying with multiple families for a hockey tournament. The manager James was very welcoming and genuinely cared about helping the kids have a fun experience. The manager set aside a conference room and had sports equipment where the kids could meet and play. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job. Overall I was very impressed with the service. Every staff I encountered was helpful and caring. I felt very welcomed in a situation where typically hotel staff are not welcoming given the many children. I would highly recommend this hotel for youth travel sports. James, the manager, as well as the other staff, truly helped make our weekend memorable.
